At the request of my peanut-butter-loving sister-in-law, Rhonda, here’s a recipe for peanut butter popcorn! Mmmm, I love it!
Peanut Butter Popcorn
Cook to a rolling boil:
½ c. sugar
½ c. corn syrup
Stir in:
½ c. peanut butter
½ t. vanilla
Mix into 12 cups salted popcorn. Try not to over-eat!

Wow...like the new look. Does the fact that everyone else is doing "new looks" on their blogs mean I should too? (I don't really think I care what the right answer is cause I don't have time to do anything different right now anyway. =) It was so good sto spend quality time with you this weekend.
