Yes, I know it's been a long time since I've posted much. And now my baby's crying. So, just a few quick notes to let you know what we're up to.
- Josiah got a tooth and I didn't even know it was on way - although I wondered why he was up during the night a few times. This is a whopping number three for our 11-month-old. (And he has more than his brothers did at that age. :-)
- I got my hair cut yesterday. Yay! I can't remember when the last time was. Something like 6 or 8 months ago. I'll post a picture for you soon...
- We "cancelled" school today and did a bit of housework instead. (Caleb can vacuum!!) This afternoon we're going to go get a Christmas tree and hopefully put it up tonight. I'm also hoping to start doing some other decorating this afternoon. And I'm not putting any pressure on us to do lots this year!
- Yesterday afternoon I went to the library and used the high-speed internet there for awhile. I got lots of Christmas shopping done. Man, after using cable internet for awhile, it's hard to be content with dial-up. It just goes to show that we don't know what we need until it's available! :-)
- I have swags up in my kitchen and entry-way! I've only had the fabric for 2.5 years! I finally got my friend, Phyllis, to sew them for me, and I'm baking bread for her. A good deal all around. I'll post pictures soon. Promise!
- It's a beautiful, sunny day (but cold) and I have a wonderful God who loves me and cares for all my needs. Isn't that awesome!?!

Hey! Great to know you're alive and well. I got a haircut too - for the past I don't know how long I've been going shorter and shorter in front wondering how short will be too short - now I know. And I won't be posting a picture! Scary. Anyway, I thought it would work, but it didn't. Nice thing about hair is that growth factor.

Yes, a picture of your hair would be nice to see! I'm entertaining visions of getting mine chopped off, but I'm probably too chicken to really do it.

Yeah, radical is the word! I've been thinking about an email to you and a few other people I know pretty well. :-) Too bad I can't just email you my thoughts. I think. that could get pretty scary too! :-)
